The coffee you drink at our places is roasted by our sister roastery, Tribes of Mokha, specifically for our customers. The roastery has its roots in Yemen, where coffee once set out to the world through the port of Mocha, and it offers Yemeni beans on its website as well.

They roast using traditional methods with a strong attention to detail: each batch is handled by an experienced roaster who knows how to bring out the finest flavour profiles. The goal is a clean, balanced taste that conveys the story of the origin and the people who grow it.
