Kin&K: a group of friends and a cat called Koji

Where our name comes from, why our team is as diverse as our menu, and what honest craft means to us.

Two bakers holding armfuls of fresh loaves

People often ask us what Kin&K means. The answer is simple: kin is a group of friends, and K is Koji, the cat of our co-founder Haitham. This combination perfectly reflects who we are: a group of people united by friendship and a shared passion for honest craft.

A team like our menu

Different cultures, nationalities and generations meet in our kitchen. It's this diversity that drives us forward: everyone brings flavours and experience from somewhere else, and together we form a single whole with a shared passion for quality gastronomy.

Since 2021

We opened our first location at Galerie Harfa in 2021, and we still bake all our pastries there. Then came the café on Korunní, and in the autumn of 2026 the bistro pomalu pomalu on Slavíkova.
